Michael Harvey is the author of seven previous novels, including Brighton and The Chicago Way. His new novel is Pulse. He's also a journalist and documentarian whose work has won multiple News & Documentary Emmys, two Primetime Emmy nominations, and an Academy Award nomination. Raised in Boston, he now lives in Chicago.
Lori Rader-Day is the author of the Mary Higgins Clark Award-winning Little Pretty Things and the Anthony Award-winning The Black Hour.The Day I Died was an Indie Next Pick, a finalist for the Chicago Writers Association 2017 Book of the Year, and a nominee for the 2018 Mary Higgins Clark Award and a Barry Award.
